Terms for using SIMRACE. A draft to be completed with company details and prices.
License
The license grants you the right to use SIMRACE to the extent stated in the chosen level. It is tied to your organization and accounts.
Permitted use
Event Pass covers one named event. Gym Annual covers your own internal events during the license term. Commercial events for third parties require Organizer Pro.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for having the right to process athlete data, and for handling login credentials securely.
Availability
The service is delivered as is. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Service levels are set in a separate agreement where one exists.
Payment and renewal
Prices, payment terms and renewal are set in the quote or agreement. If a license is not renewed, editing rights end while export of existing events remains possible during a transition period.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to what is stated in the agreement. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
